The Sonoma County Farm Bureau (SCFB) in partnership with the North Bay Water District createdaprogram to assist operations in the Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQMD) area of jurisdiction with stationary diesel engine compliance associated with agriculture water use. Air quality regulations require you to register stationary diesel engines larger than 50 bhp. This program limits the potential for landowners to receive fines or action from third-party organizations.
