Safe Harbor Agreement for California Tiger Salamander Mitigation
This program provides assurances to landownersthat regulatory burdens, with respect to the California Tiger Salamander (CTS) covered by the Safe Harbor Agreement (SHA) will not increase as a result of conducting management activities designed to benefit those species. A workbook has been created for landowners to codify ongoing vineyard activity and replant best management practices for the conversation of the CTS.
